The City of Galva allows the use of licensed neighborhood vehicles—including golf carts—on city streets, provided they meet the requirements outlined in the City’s Neighborhood Vehicle Ordinance. To operate legally, all neighborhood vehicles must be registered with the city and display a valid permit. This page provides information on how to register your vehicle, safety requirements, and rules of the road to ensure compliance and promote safe travel throughout the community.
